Took 4 phone calls to get someone to ring me back - just to be able to set up an appointment to open another account (we already have 2 with Westpac) and change signatories. At least I found out there is a 2-3 week wait for an appointment. So if you are looking to make an appointment with the branch plan ahead

This branch is absolutely hopeless it’s taken over two months for us to sort out a credit card application we have been passed on three times because the person dealing with us wasn’t capable and throughout the entire process they would drip feed us things to do one week at a time whilst never following up on anything they said they would it’s been the most frustrating application ever and it’s still not done

So disappointing to hear that a bank, where you trust your money, becomes cashless on the weekend! It’s the main point of service you offer. Not upset at the customer service I received, just generally the absurdity of the concept.

Shut westpac nz down because it does not meet or match standards that of westpac australia 30 mins everytime on hold to get help and poor customer service to add also!! Any one wanting a bank account or to do buissness with Westpac nz look else where!!!

Staff are AMAZING!!!!But the change machine is constantly out of order! For a BRAND NEW site, the change machine has been out-of-order 90% of the time! We bank our company takings 3 days a week and get change at same time, change machine has been broken at least once or twice a week since this site has opened!! Sort it out westpac!!

these 1 star reviews seem very over the top (worse customer service ever" far from it). this branch is pretty nice but please note that because of its small size it will take a while before you get service because a lot of people will be going to the bank during the weekend like you. if you want to go to this branch

Was book for opening a business account at 1pm we are still sitting here waiting and the funny thing is there is another person waiting for the same named staff also for the same timeNot a good start Westpac ManukauCan't be sitting waiting for an hour after booking an appointment
