was really excited to try their pork buns and I wouldn't buy from them again. The meat tasted more like mince and wasn't even near how you make a pork bun was more like meat balls in a bun lmao

Saw this place on tik tok live went there within an hour of watching and was very disappointed in false advertising countdown is more cheaper and consistent in pricing than this place and fresher vegetables and fruit. Reply to lady doras== I did go within an hour of them going live on tik tok the prices were listed but they said they sold out" seems to always be the case and I saw them poking holes in the eggs to release gas so you cant do the float test to check if they are going off all the reviews seem to be consistant calling your customers liers isnt good for your business thats why you have less customers now DO BETTER dont blame your customers when you get caught out being crafty."

Saw this bad review on TikTok so I had to check it out and i red all these reviews here and honestly they had great deals and food was amazing also heaps of fresh produce. Not sure if I was just there on a good day but it was amazing ! Best Vai Salo you can taste the Samoan coconut! Also they have the laargest Samoan selection DONT LISTEN TO REVIEWS GO CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF!

DISAPPOINTING AND NEVER GOING BACK!! They don’t even deserve the one star. Followed them on IG because their posts look great. After months of following i happened to be out South Auckland and decided to stop in to finally taste their Pork buns, Panikeke, Pineapple pie and “cheap” fruits. To my surprise the place was a fraud (IG posts were all a lie) So filthy, had a bad stench smell and the food was the worst Island food I’ve EVER tasted. Pork bun tasted like off mince and had a bad smell. I bought 3 and had only one bite and binned it. Panikeke was so hard on the outside but didn’t want to waste my money I just tried to find the ones that had the soft bread inside. Fruits had flies everywhere so I just walked straight past it.I live over the shore so I tried to make the trip worth it. Got home kids were excited to eat it but I wouldn’t even feed it to my kids and binned them all. I’m all about supporting small/local businesses and especially PI businesses but if I’m paying for something It should be worth every single cent! I’m sorry but it’s A UNFOLLOW AND NEVER RETURNING FOR ME!

Totally different story from social media to being in store in person. Rotten mouldy fruits, flys everywhere, dirty freezers, stock and empty boxes left around. Instead of adding to the mess fix what needs fixing. For a start having a food truck and adding everything else like it’s a normal shop but can’t keep up with the “FRESH” produce so u add new stock to old being lazy from having to sort the rotten ones out. This place is a 5/5 scam!! Do not recommend you will always find better in the supermarket.

Hit and miss if you tell me. Come here for the tray of eggs anď fruits, if they are on special and all. Some days its goodand then some days its a flop. Have tried their food options and I wont be ordering again (sorry just being honest) Apart from that I always get good service, just a pity parking, long waiting queues to be served can be a dreadful wait. Just supporting local as they say right?

Great people great place good attitude. Prices good variety could be improved,previously traded at avondale markets.dora is a kind person.the Island food has to be tried.!!!. thank you again Dora.

The customer service can be better, sally sits there at times while customers are waiting, you say your multi tasking but thats not professional when you do it at the checkout & expect the customer to wait for you to finish what your doing. And thats not just a one off its all the time,Sad to say alot of the fruit & veg you sell on every occasion I have come in has been on the verge of rotting but its still been sold at normal price if not on sale, but even when on sale it is rotten most time, you doing lives while with customers, honestly leave the lives for when its not busy and nobody is there.
