We called in here to sort our flat tyre on our way back to Whangarei. Great Service, Great customer communication, Great advice on sorting our transmission problem because of flat battery, ( transmission only using one gear)some outfits would have charged for this info. Thank you guys

I'm from out of Whanganui and was recommended Autofix to service my vehicle. Purchased a service costing $287 in February. In April ABS service light came on dash and I returned to Autofix then paid $75 for computer scan and found no faults. Recommended to drive vehicle. Returned to Auckland and got car checked at my mechanic I've used for 6 years. He found there was no transmission oil and left rear sensor needed replacing costing me $350. Returned to Autofix to update the manager who was very helpful and would give me a discount on the next visit. He thanked me for the feedback. I can tell you that all oil levels checked under the service, the transmission oil was't checked on my car. Hopefully my discount on the next service is worth it.
