What a breath of fresh air to have a company stand behind it's product. We presented a dishwasher that had two fault codes appear in a week within it's 24 month warranty period. The company straight swapped the item on the spot. Thanks Lisa and Lara. Amazing customer service. Absolutely recommend Trade Depot and will be back for next purchase.

John is fantastic when it comes to Customer Service. First class service. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. And the store manager was great and even did a price match! Finally, the service from checkout is also great. Highly recommended.

Bought vogue washing machine 2 days ago $1000, firstly delays in shipment and then machine part failure in second use and it flooded my whole garage and damaged my electrical equipments. Called team they disconnect, went to showroom they said its an accident we are not liable and now trying to chat with them. They discontinued chat when i asked questions.Never ever buy anything from this store. There products are cheap but not reliable. Customer service is very very very very poor.Next step is consumer court for me now.

Have visited store on 3 occasions, all for oversized products. Each time totally ignored by staff, (2 visits during quiet periods). On 1 occasion staff noted standing at empty checkout while I dragged a 6m length of pipe to them, on another my 5 year old grandson helped me carry 3 drainpipes. Have found customers very helpful advising me on product selection & offering to help get products to my car.

Order a Refrigerator and had to wait 2 weeks for it come and that's only because I had to ring them every day to see what was going on with my order.Definitely need to do something about your Customer service too.Literally used to love shopping here.

The product was fine, the price was right, but the delivery wasn't. The driver refused to carry the small bar fridge up the stairs to my apartment. He left it in the carpark and drove away.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MICKEY MOUSE OUTFIT 0 STARS!- Terrible customer service- Sells products without stocking them- Does not provide refundsOrdered a fridge 28th May 2023Have called there customer service team multiple times and emailed multiple times they have not since replied or provided a refund for this out of stock product.There customer service team has told me multiple times I will receive a refund however 20 days later I'm still waiting for one.

Was a awesome experience.... went in to purchase a stove and came home with one. Have it installed now and it's great to have a working oven and elements that actually simmer.... the young girl was very helpful as well as the young man.... stayed with me until I left.... will be back for anything else I need....

I bought a fridge and a washing machine ，the experience is so terrible！The delivery is very very ……slowly, it needed 3weeks ，we have to take the washing machine by myself first ，after 3 weeks ，fridge got，delivery man put the yard directly，then left.we moved the pack,then found the motor was visible，amazing……It's not like a company in NZ
