Avoid this dealership and never make a deposit on a car with a credit card because even if you realise you have been coerced into a sale based on incorrect information, there is no 'cooling off' period, which protects you by law. I purchased a vehicle from Rob Townshend at 8pm one evening, and then realised it was a mistake, so called the dealership the next morning at 8am to rectify before they did a WOF. Rob Townshend refused to reimburse me my $1500 credit card deposit (he obviously knew the loophole in the law). I was forced to take him to small claims court but was only able to get half of my deposit back. This experience was very stressful and gave me firsthand experience of the unethical and bullying tactics of this dealer, which I found was shared by many unwitting people who had similar dealings with him. The internet is a great tool to warn others and to help support honest and ethical businesses.

Great dealership to deal with. Had my Isuzu D-Max in for routine repairs and great communication right from the initial book in to completion. The girls and Doug in the service department are professional and cost of repair was very reasonable. You pay a lot of money buying your vehicle so why not get it repaired by the crew that know what they are doing and have all the correct diagnostic equipment and knowledge.

Very poor. On testing the oil level (with the correct technique as specified in the manufacturer's manual) after the last service, the dipstick showed oil 14mm above the maximum mark. Unwilling to risk the engine by driving the 80 km back to the service department, we paid a local garage to remove the excess oil - an entire litre of oil was removed before the dipstick level became acceptable at maximum. The reccommended volume of oil is only 3.3l total.Today we were treated as if we don't know how to use a car heater properly when the car was returned to investigate a heater fault. Add the fact that a salesman damaged a wheel on our car, in front of our eyes, while driving it and then was dilatory in replacing the wheel. Awarding one star is being generous, but it is not possible to give zero.

Sold me a vehicle with a dodgey wof and uncertified modifications that I was unaware of cost me over $4000 within the first year in repairs and fixing things the pre sale wof missed.Offered me compensation and then changed their mind. Straton was who I dealt with. Took advantage of a young female buying her first vehicle.

Positive review after getting my purchase price reviewed by management and some agreement made due to finding a list of basic repairs required on my used vehicle purchase that failed 4 wof inspections prior. I have since spent a considerable amount more fixing wof items, now waiting for a new turbo core based on a professional inspection. Glad I got supported when I questioned my concerns but disappointed i had to take it to high level management, not professional at all. Car arrived with tyre rubber sprayed up under rear guards.
