Heathcotes - The Base Te Rapa

It's ok, nice staff but more than a little in need of better training. I knew exactly what i wanted and told them up-front I was extremely short on time but they couldn't find the box for the product and continued to stuff around doing an order for delivery which took more than twice as long as it should have. Products arrived ok the following week. I should have just done the order online instead of going to the store.

Waited a while for a warranty claim, ended up my remote control somehow got lost. Replaced it free of charge. Good staff.

We went to Heathcoats Te Rapa yesterday . We were assisted by Lee . We were impressed by her product knowledge on different appliances. She was friendly and showed plenty of patience while we were making our decisions. Her advice was practical, clear and her great customer service was appreciated. Ken and Trish

Very dissatisfied with the service, I found what I needed and was still browsing other products but was approached twice by the same salesman offering to place the item at the checkout. I felt like he thought I would steal it. Won’t be shopping there again!

Customer service not very good went to purchase some items on QCARD on Monday 3rd July under 12 months promotion the salesman was not very helpful. The item was on special but he said it wasn't got it on special price but instead of the 12 months interest free he did the transaction for 3 months. I di not know this until I got the statement. Called the store they wanted to charge me $100 dollars to reverse the transactions. Very poor customer service this has put me in hardship as well.Got an email from Toni the store manager later today this has been sorted now the previous transaction cancelled with no charge Thanks

Staff are approachable and friendly but not pushy, they have a lovely range of stuff and their Easter deals were really good

Impolite Indian sales person. Have not finished conversations and walked away. May be he thought we are not potential customers. Many staff “stuck” at the counter without any customers, not sure why they are so busy. GST plus 5% promotion is just a joke, “honest deals” as advertised. No discount on any Apple products. DYSON products is more expensive than other competitors’ online deals. For this kind of service and “deals”, your company emails and txt is been block by us, we don’t want to wasting 30mins driving and get misleading advertisements. Go for Noel Leeming and Harvey Norman or JB Hifi when they have deal that is the real deal, and you can see the big discount on some of the products, such as Apple product and DYSON, nothing like Heathcote, just a time waster.

Customer service is really bad, they sit behind counter and just watch, discussing their personal lives. The staff seem like they are only there to collect their pay checks and would rather not be there which reflects no customers. Communication between customer and Heathcoates Te Rapa is non existent regarding repairs. Don’t waste your time or money here. 0/10 would NOT recommend.
