Nice quiet environment guaranteed to relax. I always grab an hour or 1.5 and always leave feeling better.They often accommodate drop-ins too which is useful if you’re on the go, but calling ahead is useful too.

Have been a regular here for some time now and have generally enjoyed the massages. But extremely disappointed this time around with the attitude of the owner. Had a booking today (after going back and forth on for sometime trying to work out level 2 details).The confusion of this lockdown has it that there are sometimes unexpected zoom meetings that get scheduled at work. When the owner messaged me reminding me of my appointment, I apologised and responded that I running a little late but planned on coming in. She told me off over text for being late and that she was full. So I called her to re book for another time/day but was instead again told off over the phone for not keeping my time. By this time I was getting a little annoyed and I explained that I know I was late as I was dealing with something else. Asked her if she had another slot available today or any other day but she was more insistent on telling me off and denying me services all together and promptly hung up on me as I began to loose my patience. I am shocked!!!!! I take full responsibility for not keeping my time, but I would expect a business provider to have some understanding and flexibility. Especially for a customer who has been in touch over text working with her trying to workout an appointment over the last 2 weeks. After all , i was only trying to reschedule and not cancel.

Probably one of the worst massage I ever had. I have massages twice a month and never faced this before. The lady does not want to listen to your needs and do a broken routine forgetting parts of your body. I felt manipulated like an object and my neck which was perfectly fine is now sore.

Excellent and thorough massage, I wish you were in Wellington too!! I have now sent my husband and my daughter, now to convince my Dad who lives locally. I will book in advance every time I come to Auckland. Thank you both Amanda

I get massages once a week sometimes three. This was the most amazing massage I’ve had. You know those massages when someone doesn’t care and you just go with it.. this place is not that ..I recommend Rika she is amazing and she makes you feel not only cared for but I’m the most relaxed I’ve been in months! I highly recommend Rika. Thank u again Rika you are amazing!

The best massage place on the Nort Shore.

Went to this place after reading glowing reviews, and it's definitely one of the better ones. The lady is very friendly, professional, and caring - I am having major neck and shoulder issues and she has eased much of the tension and pain, which is impressive!It's small, but comfortable, pleasant, and cosy. The fresh flowers add a nice touch. The massage is intensely amazing - a mixture of painful (the good kind of pain) knot relieving, oil, and heat therapies.I had mixed feelings about writing a review, it's almost like I didn't want her to be busier so there would always be space for me, but she's very good and can be a huge help to others like me.

Been here twice now for a traditional Thai massage (with & without oil), the masseuse is extremely skilled and I always walk away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! For the uninitiated, Thai massage can be quite intense but it will certainly get those knots out
