Horrendous customer service by the lady identifying herself as the manager. Even the employees who answered my call were much more polite. She picked up the phone and went What is the issue". Even smirked a couple of times. $100+ gone even before I stored anything and I am happy to have ended the contract beforehand. So done with her thrash.Just booked a storage space at National Mini Storage.Ps. To the 3 different staff members who picked up my phone calls

Good place to store stuff and cheap at first but they keep taking the price up every 6 months so it ends up being dareBut overall not bad, security is tight too.

First time using National Storage Wiri. Had some hiccups getting in, but easily resolved by Michelle the Manager. Michelle then gave me a tour and showed me the unit. It was Fantastic service, a very clean and nice facility and the best storage center I have used. I could be happier. Thank you Michelle.

It's good, has toilets, power points dotted around the facility, taps with running water, looks like they have a handle on pest control. Staff are helpful and professional. Has shelter, so you can unload your stuff in any weather, except for the unitson ground floor exterior of building.. access between 6am - 10pm.
