Hitesh Bange is a very pleasant gentlemen, did an excellent job servicing our machine (Ipsos - Penrose). He took the time to find out if I had any issues, sorted the machine out and kindly explained what he did, and even gave me try to see if I could get the fitting out and explained. So good job for Hitesh. All round excellent.

Hitesh came in to fix my coffee machine after having a few problems. He came promptly and was very efficient in find and fixing the problem. Hitesh was really friendly and super helpful in explaining what had happened and now my coffee machine makes tasty drinks again :P

Jamie and Pat and the team are great. They hooked us up with an amazing espresso machine and grinder set up in both our Auckland and Wellington offices, and gave us a really robust training session to boot. That was almost a year ago and we've just had their wonderful and prompt help with a minor issue. Very highly recommended team

Our coffee machine had started to randomly reboot/restart and was just getting progressively worse. We called the supplier and a week later the repair man (Patrik) came around , pulled the machine to pieces, replaced a switch and repaired the door latch, gave it a good clean and checked it was all working. Nice and efficient thank you, no problems with it since then.We found a week later that the problem had not gone as expected and so had to contact them again. We found that leaving the key in the lock actually solved the problem but upon reporting this the company sent us out a replacement machine which Hitesh installed, thankyou.

We recently had our Rocket coffee machine serviced here. From start to finish the communication, professionalism and efficient service was outstanding. The machine came back looking better than new, super quick turn around. The attention to detail with the extra care taken to fix the problem & glean the machine, coffee has never tasted so good. The service from Hitesh was one of the best servicing people who has visited our site. throughout the years I had cleaned and maintained the machine without anyone advising me of the proper tilt for the hot chocolate dispenser. after years of cleaning the excess chocolate on and in the drip tray. a quick explanation from Hitesh has greatly changed the chocolate excess and made my cleaning of the machine so much easier. Thank you Hitesh.

Krunal visited our school and I must say he was very patient and very well trained on the machine. He took us through the cleaning process and also fixed the things that were making it hard for us to clean the machine. Would prefer him always at my school site for any machine related issues.
