I contacted Sterling to review my home security system and discuss monitoring options for me. Brendon came out that afternoon and the work was programmed at my earliest convenience. The team were slick and efficient. Communication was first class and I am very happy with the result. Sterling is a company that can be relied upon to provide excellent service.

Initially sung this company's praises and really encouraged people to use their services until we were slapped with an invoice for a service we understood to have been cancelled a year later. After a lot of back and forth the company finally waived the invoice but the way the whole thing was handled left a pretty terrible taste in our mouths. Make sure you read the fine print and check in with these guys constantly because they won't tell you that you're being charged until it's too late to do anything about it. The service itself was okay it's the disconnection you need to be VERY clear on.

Sterling Security has all the Security needs that anyone would need. Alarm systems, cctv camera's mobile patrols and static guards. Highly recommended.

Absolutely top service, today we had an install of alarm and 3 cameras, the first sterling tech (Sanjay), was Fantastic he talked me through the process and discussed my concerns and I found the process was no where near as stressful as I thought it would be, during his installation of our sensors and alarm system his phone never stopped once and yet he answered every call answered every question and never once stopped or missed a beat, he was lovely to talk to and just didn’t stop, an absolute credit to your establishment. The second young guys that came to install the cameras for the system we’re also wonderful, quiet and not intrusive but very knowledgeable (which was great for someone like me with no idea) they were polite and just got in and did a wonderful job very clean also left no mess at all, I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have an alarm installed. Sterling Security is a great example of local business who cares about each and every one of their customers. I have dealt with numerous multinational security firms who's only interest was getting you signed up to a long term contract with horrible things like automatic rollover clauses. I can only say good things about Brendan, Glenn, Nigal and the team...Highly recommended! :)
