HL Movement & Massage
I came for a sore right shoulder and arm from my work. I wanted a targetted massage on my back, shoulders and arms/hands.Helene did an excellent job releasing my shoulder blade. I feel looser and the discomfort decreased. She uses the right pressure and she is using her thumb which for me makes a huge difference.Beside Helene has a very broad understanding of the physical body and she builds the massage plan to your needs.If you have some sport injury or want a therapeutic massage, you should book!
