Before heading out on a morning trip we discovered our rear window had somehow shattered overnight. I headed over to Smith and Smith without a booking to see if they could help me out. They happened to have a window in stock but they were fully booked for the day. They asked me to leave my car with them and they would see if they could fit me in. By lunch time I received a call to say the job was done! Very happy with the service, quality of work and the cost involved. Thank you Smith and Smith team! (Especially to the lovely Kelby for the warm canine welcome)

Great service. Got asked by smith and smith call centre to stop in after a windscreen chip. They were concerned it might be too low to repair and need a full replacement. Popped in and had the repair done within 15 minutes.

Had my Van windscreen replaced. Same day heading into Wellington the plastic trims came blowing off. I saved the passenger side one but could not save the driver side. Went back the next day and they admitted it was something they had done incorrectly. They ordered new parts and fitted them when they came in next day. You can't fault that for customer service. Well done.
