Great value for larger quantities especially if they're goods that gilmours have packed. For example, nuts, herbs, spices.Also good meat buys (scotch fillet, sirloin) if you need 3kg+

Good prices particularly for bulk-sized products and Gilmours branded private label products. Checkout staff are friendly, store is clean with generous parking. Note this is a membership only discounter targeting small and medium business operators- membership is free.

Such a disappointing experience here, we were emailed at 3.30pm telling us the cut off for next day ordering would be 3pm as they are changing software or something. well that's pointless letting us know after the fact, so we placed our order for delivery for the following day. It hasn't turned up and no one has bothered to tell us why. Such a silly idea to do this the week of a public holiday with no actual notice. The reps are no help either.

2.5 years getting regular orders delivered on account (10+ years cash n carry) from gilmours and the service is the worst it’s been in the whole time I’ve been here.Trying to get a refund for stuff that DID not arrive is like pulling teeth from a pit bull, near impossible. Produce has been disgusting with floppy celery being delivered and then being argued with that it can’t have come like that.They say “we care about our customers”, so I call certain people who is essentially the “reps” and they don’t reply.Gilmours Mt Roskill is definitely no longer a place I value anymore, nor value the businesses who get supply’s through them

Good place to get stuff for catering. Some items I wanted did not have a price on it. Some items were very expensive. Much cheaper by 50% in supermarkets.
