Cycle journeys have been amazing for our Wilderness trail ride. So organized and efficient. Friendly staff. Even offered ys a transfer to the airport.

I booked the West Coast Wilderness Trail with CJ as part of a larger trip. I had my own bike but noted their rental fleet was a good mix of quality 'ambient' and e-bikes. The trip and logistics were handled perfectly, great staff with a wealth of local knowledge and a few off-trail excursions added a great deal of value to the short shuttle legs. Their accommodation partners were brilliant, and I stayed with one pre/post trip.The trail is easy riding with fantastic scenery and packed with history. Don't let the relatively short daily distances deceive, there is so much to experience you will have no problem filling the day.

Fantastic helpful staff- the cycle trip had great accommodation and food prepared for us was of the highest standard. The trip to Tree Tops, Scenic Waterways and Hokitika gorge were highlights of the trip.

We've just completed the Ross to Greymouth 4 day trip with Cycle Journeys. They have made the trip extremely easy and taken all of the hard work out of planning. They have answered all of our niggly questions leading up to our trip and were particularly helpful when our TrazAlpine train was cancelled. We booked the 'deluxe' package and the accomodation and add ons exceeded our expectations. Cannot reccomend them highly enough! Special shout out to Rachel for her tour of the Hokitika Gorge, too.

Amazing service, cannot recommend enough! The staff were a delight to deal with! I didnt know know much about how things worked but with their help managed to organise doing Paparoa in a day! The bike was fantastic and in like new condition (essential given how rocky the track is!!) . The bike instructions pickup/dropoff instrucytions were clear and a helpful map of the points of interest was provided! Highly recommend!
