We have worked with Dean and his team at MTP for over 15 years and their service and quality of work has always been exceptional. In addition to doing a full refit of our flower shop Devonport Flowers which was an exceptional finish and quality given the very tight time frames that we had over our 2 week summer shut down period. They have also continued to maintain our Takapuna commercial premises since 2015 for our mortgage business. Plus they have also renovated and maintained 3 personal owner occupied residences of ours including a listed 2 heritage home and pulled off small miracles when we have needed. Dean and his team provided services to our property management company which looked after 250 properties across Auckland for over 10 years. Anything we, our owners and tenants needed was never an issue and with Dean and his teams expertise they saved our owners thousands of dollars and ensured our tenants continued running services that were kept operating at all times. After the flood, the whole process could've been a nightmare, but the way Dean and the team came in and dealt with it made the whole thing a million times smoother. If I left it to the Insurance company contractors, I'd be waiting for months and months.I found their knowledge, honesty and integrity to be next level.A very good operation that we have continued to use on other projects.

Through my search for a provider to replace bench tops and some cabinetry work on Google, I found Maintain to Profit. Simple email request to talk and all I got back was a 'recommendation' to another provider who (supposedly) would do the (apparently) miniscule work I am wanting done... Funny thing is, they have no idea what we want done, as they were too frickn lazy to call to enquire!Maintain to Profit... Ain't gonna be much profit" if you're not interested in doing the work.Would not be recommending Kellie in the Waikato Region

Joseph and his contractors have been fabulous. Prices are very competitive, good a good deal. From start to finish the communication was second to none. Follow ups also great, and sometimes takes initiatives, that I wouldn't have thought of, but made a big difference. It's all in a one stop shop, Joseph organized all the contractors, and didn't have to do anything. The finished product looks great, and I would recommend Joseph Thompson and his contractors highly. It's been a pleasure dealing with him. Think a lot of other contractors can take a leaf from his book. I would not hesitate to use Joseph in the future again. Keep up the good work. H.L
