Arrogant driver. Blocks the entire footpath. Forcing people with pram and dog to walk around his truck on the road.There were plenty of parks less than 20m walk.

Avoid, Avoid, .... AVOID!!!! The 1 month freight service from Australia is better described as 3. They never contacted me about my shipment, all communications were all initiated by me. Scott said he would call me back on 3 occasions, never once any call backs. When he finally emailed through the custom documents that I signed and sent back, he never submitted them and they sat in his email for 2 weeks, until I resent the documents to another staff member Tala. In Tala's defense things slightly improved after I made contact with her, but only slightly. Then they wouldn't actually deliver my shipment, they had me pick it up from their Wellington depo" which is actually a 40min drive from Wellington btw. When I arrived the staff there refused to release my shipment because I didn't have the release documents

They do not value their customers.I’m not going or refer their services to anyone else.Took my family in the Cook Islands a month to receive their stuff is just ridiculous.Very expensive for such a poor and pathetic services.

We have used Custom Logistic Services many times to help us with custom clearance and door to door cargo delivery, their prices are reasonable and their sevices are great.Thanks Dora and Scott for good communication - they always do their best to make sure everything goes smoothly, we will definitely continute to use them in the future.

I use this company to send all our families shipping to APIA Samoa, great customer service, great pricing, service is great and offers great packaging options, great service during the Level 4 Lock-down support local.Thank you Scott and Jane for the service keep up the great work.

Wouldn't recommend it to others. 2 weeks turns into 1 month delay n without notice. Paid for our box to be sent 31st May n having a 21st on the 17th June, was told ot would arrive 11th June but instead our box didnt leave until the 15th June n was not told anything about it so we didnt get all the things in the box for the 21st and it was basically ruined for our family in Samoa. Now it's 26th June and family still haven't received it even when they receive it the whole reason for the was is for the 21st on the 17th which was basically ruined without a Key or all the food supply for the day that was in the box. I was assured that it would arrive before the the 17th when i was in the office to pay for it 2 weeks before the 31st of May. So i wouldn't recommend this place for any shipment. First experience was so bad it sure is the last.

Extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend. We have been trying for 6 weeks for CustomLogistic to lodge a claim with an internal transit company for damage incurred to a sizable shipment. The transit line have even in this circumstance confirmed fault. However Customlogistic just do not engage with us. No response from them on all fronts despite multiple follow ups.

Such an amazing team to work with! They consolidated our container from AKL to Pago even with little notice - very quick and responsive, professional with helpful attitude. Even sent us photos of container being loaded and helping us with our next order already! Well done Matt, Jean, and Scott - very grateful for you guys!

I wouldn't recommend this company, avoid if you can.I used Custom Logistic Services two times for consolidation and freight from China. The first time was ok. The second time my shipment was delayed by two months, the ETA has been moved a few times and I haven't been informed about that. The manager keeps telling me that it will be delivered tomorrow" or "next week" and it's still not cleared with Customs. As I need these goods for business I had to reorder them a few times with express delivery
