What a place to train. I have recently made the move to the gym and I am throughly enjoying it. The people, the environment and the training are all second to none. It’s added a new dynamic to my training regime and really allowed myself to find a passion for the hard yards again.

Great new studio and staff. Excellent BFT studio. Great style of training. Supportive, group training with a social crowd. Something for everyone beginner to advanced.
