I found Andre efficient and very pleasant to deal with. He also went above and beyond what was expected and when I moved the furniture he went back not clean these areas as well. He then put the furniture back so he could take photos of the result. Very satisfied with the result.

Amazing service from Jae Carpet Cleaning, specifically Rebecca who was incredible to deal with. Our business completed flooded and they were here the same day, completely managed the emergency and knew exactly what do to. She went above and beyond with the advice given and was extremely professional. I'd absolutely recommend this business.

Excellent receptionist customer service. Great response to any questions. Guy doing the job, very personable, and paid attention to details. Explained the process, and advised of chemicals used. Overall a fabulous local company to deal with. certainly have them back.

Carpet was pretty ordinary when it dried. A Fanta stain was still there afterwards. But they returned with no questions and improved it no end. I'm very happy with them.
