I try to write a letter to my overseas family at least once a month, I know, old school, but I love it. My second order, I came back to Pepa for another Pigeon letter writing set, also got a cute lemon themed Midori Letterpress Stationery set and Night Sky postcards, the package was wrapped so beautifully, with a lovely personal note. I also recently ordered a Vibrant Botanic Stationery Box and I'm certain it'll be just as awesome.

I'm living in Auckland and ordered some notebooks from Pepa for uni - they are the perfect thing!! You guys have all the essentials that are weirdly hard to find anywhere else! Plus it delivered sooo quickly - in the cutest packaging with a personalized card too! Best online purchase I've made in a while :))

Lovely store with beautiful stationery. A little expensive if you're looking for ordinary things, but this is a boutique store, so aimed more for those slightly more special items.

Fantastic experience!I recently bought some (very) hard to find stationary from Pepa and received some of the best customer service I think I may have ever had - something I wasn't expecting when buying a few pencils and pens.The Pepa team's communication was prompt and personable (shoutout to Hannah!), and they went above and beyond in managing my request -including creating a custom order and setting aside stock (of which there were only a couple left) for me.The quality of the products they carry is top notch. And the care with which they wrapped each item that I received also shows incredible attention to detail after the sale. When I got the item, I was also very happy to see that they use compostable, plastic-free packaging for their online orders - something that I don't see often, but I appreciate that a lot.Will definitely be returning customer.
