Our experience with Novus Queestown was not good. I had a crack on my car windscreen. And I thought about Novus largely because of their advertisements on TV. I went to their premises today. At beginning the reception was casual/unprofessional. I was made to wait for a long time, with later coming customers served first. Through out the process, the reception lady was busy chatting with her friend. At the end I left with a feeling of being unfairly treated and unhappy. Maybe this is because I told them that i don't have glass insurance and they are not willing to deal with me? I don't recommend this business at all.
