Greymouth KIWI Holiday Park & Motels

I spent one night at the Park Holiday Greymouth and this is a lovely camping on the South Island of New Zealand, perfectly located in the middle of the West CoastThis place has a special atmosphere, I felt entering a little community and I loved meeting and talking to the others campers.The owner will give you a warm welcome and you could feel she knows every inches of the camp, after running it for 20+ years.I enjoyed the magnificent beach that is located 5 minutes from the campsite and the free spa.I can only recommend you to have a stay .Sincerely,DANSERinsta : @dancingalot

The accommodation was smelly. Buildings were pretty run down and in urgent need of maintenance. Rooms were very hot as there are no extractor fans in the ceiling to help remove the hot air inside the rooms and beds were not all that comfy.

We were given a 1 bedroom unit after booking and paying for 2 bedroom unit. When we mentioned it, 'the system' was blamed. No offer of another unit or partial refund. We were just told' I don't know how that happened'. Very disappointing for our west coast school holiday trip, to make matters worse we had booked 2 nights.Room is average at best, very dated and cold with cinderblock walls, we left the heater on when we went out but it was turned it off so when we returned the room was cold again. Lighting is very poor and very few power outlets.Very noisy as right on the road of a 70km zone, you would think you are sleeping outside, the trucks, cars and sea just boom through the room.Such a shame as we enjoyed our time in greymouth and Westport.

The owner is really nice and welcoming. Being pet friendly is awesome. Having the beach nearby is so handy for walking your pets.

Absolutely amazing hospitality. On Christmas Eve we were desperate to find accommodation after coming down with food poisoning on a camping trip. We had no trouble getting a room with our dogs after explaining our situation. Greymouth Kiwi holiday park saved our Christmas

Very nice place to stay. We were in a motor home and found it easy to park. Could use all the facilities. Spa pool could have been warmer but still relaxing. Friendly staff very helpful.

+ cheaper than most campsites+ Good location close to beach & wilderness trail+ Tent site comes with own table and bench- average cleanliness- a gazillion signs were posted everywhere reminding guests of various rules in an aggressive/nagging tone- tent sites had lots of sticks and pebblesFine for one night. Good for motorhomes.

Absolutely love this place, highly recommend. Reasonable rates and down to earth staff. So relaxing and like a 2 min walk to beach. For relaxing time here is where you want to be :)))

Best place to stay , traveled nz and this has been the best one yet! Highly recommend, kathy is amazing and the camp is so close to beach , stone trow away, shade for the heat which was amazing as most don't have. Thank you so much Kathy x

Great value for money. We stayed in an ensuite unit with kitchen. Everything was clean and sparkling and the shower was the best we have experienced so far in the South Island. Kathy was very helpful and accommodating. Her team hardworking and thorough. Well done and thank you.
