Unfortunately we paid upfront and there were 54 items on their checklist for a building inspection that were marked as ‘not tested.’ We were then told we would have to pay again if they were to come back. We were treated poorly and felt totally let down by this company. They would not discount the $900+ that we paid for the items not tested. Shocking customer service.
