28/12/22Today the lady working at the entertainment area has been so disrespectful in front of so many customers. Even clapping her hands to humiliate my daughter and myself. So we left the shop and after 10 years of frequenting this store, I can assure you we will never go back there.Disappointed and angry.

Great range of good quality, modern products. Great prices. You csn get everything from clothing, shoes, sporting gear, bikes, some foods and drinks, shoes, hair products, stationary, gardening, kitchen stuff, bedroom stuff, curtains, toys, seasonal stuff for christmas, halloween etc. I love it

Rude and disrespectful customer service. Do not do Click and collect orders with this branch. Apparently each store has their own policies and this botany brances policy is moronic

Looks boring and comparatively bit darker inside at late night. This is a department store which is opened till midnight. As it is located in a town center, onsite parking is available. it is a full warehouse. By full I meant has got everything. A Warehouse stationary, gardening, some dry goods (groceries), clothes etc. Customer service was fair enough.

2x stars because this only reflects on the few staff members.This review should have been done last year around Xmas even though we’ve shopped in here multiple times showed us that if you look like a N!**a shopping in this store with your kids be prepared to be followed down every toy isleFunny enough didn’t seem to say anything when we paid for everything that came to well over $400…

Unusually small Warehouse. Felt empty and somewhat boring. The workers were helpful and i did managed to get what i was looking for. Also it wasn't busy despite going at midday. However even Warehouses in South Auckland are much larger and better to shop at which is pretty sad especially for a large shopping suburb like Botany.Self service - Problems with self service machines both times. No-one there if you need help. Security is pretty useless as well. Unlikely to be back.

The lovely young girl at the checkouts helped me promptly and kindly last weekend, she didn’t have a name tag unfortunately . She had great service and was great with customers like me who struggle a bit with these self-machines!

This wasn’t the first time this happen. Where all of the self service kiosks were card only and the one checkout line was full while the operator was dealing w the a refund . Took her forever while other workers were standing around talking to each other and not bothering opening up another lane. Just frustrating waiting in line while looking at workers talk to each other while the out line was full
