Pet Angels

Beware - I was attempting to check availability for pet feeding leading up to xmas - I had done this with several other companies to check availability and the best deal. The only option I had with pet angels was to request the dates I wanted and confirm (with no immediate confirmation or guarantee of booking). The next day I got a confirmation and an invoice. I was really surprised as I was expecting a confirmation then some sort of agreement from me. I immediately got back to them suggesting that I didn't need their service (as I'd found something better in the interim) and I was told that it was too late and that they charged a cancellation fee $62.50 over the xmas period. Admittedly I didn't read the fine print as I was moving through various websites checking availability quickly and on my phone (my bad), but I think its poor that they have held me to this, in particular as my cancellation was almost immediately after the 'booking'. Poor form Pet 'Angels' - enjoy my $62.50...merry xmas.
