Best breakfast in Oneroa. My Mediterranean breakfast was phenomenal. My wife had when she called the best pancakes ever. This is a high mark from her. Great coffee, friendly staff, centrally located.

Highly recommended. Very fresh and tasty salad with Hummus and sourdough bread (prepared with style, and thoughtful served), friendly staff.Very good value for your money.

Beautiful coffee but I was not impressed with the food. I got a cheese toastie and it was swimming in liquid when it arrived. The toastie was soggy and inedible. My partner was also not impressed with his Mediterranean eggs, they were barely cooked. I can see other great reviews for this cafe which is why we came, the food must be very inconsistent. We won’t be coming back.

Beautiful brunch spot. We got the vegan banana hot cakes and mushroom bene. We would have liked to hear more about how the dishes can be made vegan but our lovely waitress was on her first day and we didn’t want to be difficult. A lot of the current dishes are egg based so would have been great to hear the VG substitute. Nevertheless the coffee was amazing, staff super friendly and cool vibe. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Lovely flight coffee served. A plant based menu meant a Wellingtonian like me could have their Oat flat white and some banger Banana Pancakes! (Their whole menu is vegitarian/some vegan and gluten free options) but it all sounds amazing!!

Vegan hotcakes/pancakes were the best i’ve had in NZ so far!!! So delicious and filling! Spongy but packed with goodness. Good service too despite staff shortage!!

If only we knew about Akitō sooner.We loved the plant based / vegan eats:The savory Impossible Sausage roll was a decent size and apparently pretty impressive taste wise. No tomato sauce needed...I indulged in a Snickers slice. It was perfectly balanced to where I ate the whole thing without it being sickly sweet. Each bite provided a peanutty crunch tooSooo yum.It seems to be an Island thing - there seems to be a difference between Waiheke and Auckland large when it comes to the size of coffees.
