Joel was recommended to us by a friend, we already had one rental property under another agency but because of Joel's knowledge and amazing attitude we decided to put this house with him. We will look to move both houses to Joel in the near future.Joel is very professional and his follow up is amazing, he was able to walk us through the whole process of renting out our home and has found us great tenants. We would highly recommend Joel to anyone looking to rent out their home.

I have dealt with Joel for the past year and he is an extremely professional agent at LDB. All the properties I have given to him over this time he has let them out in a very short period with a good rent too. He has managed to find extremely good tenants for us.
