I regularly liaise with Dianne and Jess and they are always so helpful and efficient. The engraving of our trophies always looks professional, they are returned well within required time frames and nothing is ever a problem, even with the more complex jobs. Great people to deal with.

Four years ago these people did a poor job .They engraved my name right next to the year rather than lining it up with the other names already on the trophy. It looked ridiculous - and more so.now another name has been added under mine.I am passionate about this & l'm afraid l swore when l went in today to five these people the opportunity to fix their mistake.the (mis)manager threw me out. I left quietly because part of me agreed with him

Thank you very much for doing such an amazing job on the engraving of my partner’s watch. It was beautifully done and still very subtle. It was also finished a day earlier then they said it would be, so that was a pleasant surprise. My partner was very happy with it as well. I definitely recommend this place and would go back if I need anything else engraved again.
