Very disappointed with the service made me uncomfortable and dissatisfied.The radiologist had a very cold/impatient attitude. She seemed to question my reasons for having the ultrasound, despite my GP allowing me to do so and my insurance approving the procedure. Her attitude made me feel as though I was wasting public medical resources, which was not the case at all.

All staff were friendly and super efficient. It's not a procedure I look forward to but it was over in a flash. Definitely worth 10 - 15 minutes a year!

Tests & Procedures normally make me a bit nervous. First time to this radiology clinic & staff were really friendly, put me at ease, compassionate & thorough. Appreciated all of the above, plus a good outcome re my results, too. Would use again (found via Southern Cross Affiliation) - was preapproved & and it was all very easy - including the on-site parking too.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and I was in and out in no time without feeling rushed. Good communication by all staff. Hopefully I don't need to come back any time soon, but if I'm ever in need of radiology I'll be going back here.

Very professional, communicated the procedures very well. Made me very comfortable and treated me with dignity. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly as well.Only thing was they didn't tell me about the patient portal where you can view your results and images - so don't forget to ask for the emailed link.
