Extremely poor service has had my iPad for 31/2 months in that time they gave me somebody else's iPad charged me $50. Lost my iPad they have just found it last week. They refuse to fulfil my request not to fix it and to return it to me. Don't answer messages, voice mail break promises all the time. The business is closed all the time. I don't recommend this business at all take your iPad iPhone or laptop to somebody else.

I took my Samsung Galaxy S6 in to get a new battery (once I finally got hold of them to establish exactly what their opening hours are) and the job was done quickly and seemingly well with a 3 month guarantee. 3 months and 1 week later the battery has died! I took the phone somewhere else and they advised that a cheap battery was used which swelled up in the summer heat and made the casing burst. So now the phone is useless to me.
