What awesome customer service BOE have going for them. I'm amazed at a previous review I happened to read, as I cannot fault the response and outcome I received. It's unreasonable to expect every single product we buy from any manufacturer is going to be perfect every time. When things are not as everyone would desire (producer and consumer) it's great to know there is a happy solution at hand. Thank you Brian at BOE.

Wholesale supply is most of the time bad. Often getting stale products, or frozen then thawed or rebaked bread. They cut corners and charge a premium. Changed supplier a while ago.

My sons love in particular Bread of Europe's ciabatta, which is a beautiful loaf and should be consumed immediately! They also do a great line in speciality seasonal products like the Stollen and christmas mince tarts at Christmas, and their divine hot cross buns for Easter. Highly recommend the whole range, but most stars for the ciabatta and the San Francisco Sourdough (which is especially good toasted the next day).BoE was founded by the same guy who started Divine Cakes and Desserts so if you are a fan of their fresh baked goodies, you will love his breads too.

I was a regular customer of BoE from when they first opened. Since returning to Christchurch I have really struggled to even find a supplier. Trying to contact them is a joke. I hope the bread isn't as bad as the website or customer service
