Went to pick up a CD which had been ordered and paid for only to discover they has sold it to another customer. Their explanation was that I had not come in to pick it up after they had text me. I never received their text and in fact it was me who had contacted them last week to see if it was in. Poor poor service to on sell a paid for order....has certainly changed my opinion of the Company

Absolutely incredible service. Shoutout to Zak who went above and beyond to help- you are a legend xOverall just a really great bunch of staff, super lovely, and the shop is very tidy with heaps of stock offered. 10/10 recommend to anyone, will definitely be coming back.THANK YOU JB HIFI❤️❤️

One of the worst stores to deal with, usually when you buy they will offer you grantee, of something goes wrong they put me with their distributor instead of straight swapping or solving problem, they usually get away with not taking the responsibility and you as a customer have to deal with headache, watch out when you buy from this store guys. I will NOT SUGGEST TO BUY.

Went to pick up an order for a display tv they put away for us and was told the price had changed from the sale price yet the sale was still going so had to opt for another tv... These salesman think they change the prices as they see fit just so they can make a quick commission definitely not good customer service and untrustworthy and after complaining to the sales rep she didn't have the decency to ring back.. the Indian salesmen who sold us the tv wouldn't shut up trying to force a more expensive sale down our throats!! STAY AWAY from these muppets!! I definitely won't be back

First time have been in for a while. Had 5 people say hello , make contact all very genuine. Also heard a number of conversations with customers going on. Very knowledgeable and offered options when something was unavailable.I didn’t buy anything but will come back and do it !!

Forget about Smith City, Harvey Norman and Noel’s, JB Hi Fi is far , far the best electronic store in the city, especially when it comes to records, games, phones, computers, etc. Not only prices are cheaper than everywhere else, but also you don’t pay for the army if annoying sales people swarming you in other stores. There are of course few sales people, very casual and not intrusive, but actually very discreet and helpful when you need advice. What I like most is that staff is genuinely geeky about what they do and know their staff and give you best advice not trying to rip you off to spend more money. Well done JB HiFi !

Pay for extended care on products pay for warranty and paid for replacement cover on mechanical and electrical and still refused to replace broken set. Really what's the warranty and all the cover for if not that.
