I love this bakery. It is very spacious and clean, easy to get around on my mobility scooter. All the products I've tried are excellent and the service is great, staff very helpful.I love their Christmas cake and really appreciate the provision of an un-iced version. Rich and moist, it is as good as homemade. The mini mince pies are also delicious, and stuffed with mincemeat.On a year round basis, Southern Plains grain rolls and apricot and yoghurt biscuits are favourites. Was pretty disappointed after ordering bread and going in to pick it up to find the order was not written in there book. And having to get bread that was 2 days old after been assured that it would of been fresh. And apparently ordering 15 loaves of bread needs to be questioned as it's an excessive order. Go else where to avoid issue.

Hey, so one of your workers at 12:55 today literally asked my friend to watch her calories. That is the epitome of appalling customer service in the food industry. My friend told me not to write this because although shocked blamed it on the fact the girl is new. Frankly if you're making that kind of remarks to the people you're serving you shouldn't be working anywhere near food. Get a grip and idk learn some common sense it's embarrassing. I'm sorry you have eating issues surrounding calories but quit talking about it to total strangers and seek HELP.

The custard square and creamed donut we bought on Monday were sooo stale and gross. Pretty much inedible. Donut was rock hard.

Was here at 2pm today went to purchase a pie fully sealed and a coke asked the checkout girl if they had any bacon and egg slice as I'd prefer that instead of pie she said she'll check she said they are not aloud to put tge pie back in the warmer as dont know how long it had been out considering she saw me walk strait to her at the checkout what a stupid rule as its fully sealed but they don't advertise that anywere near the hot case won't be back here...
