A+ Physio Central Dunedin

Came here for my sprained ankle, and during my first session with Ez I feel better. I even managed to do low impact cardio exercise the following day. Highly recommend this place and look for Ez ☺

Totally love the work they do at A+ Physio. Whether it's getting me back on track after ACC cases or for a relaxing treat-massage. I'm going back every time I need support for 10 years now!

From my own experience on multiple occasions.It has been an Incredibly informative while successful, process on rehabilitation & progess. I've yet to encounter from any other specialist within this practice.Accompanying with an exceptionally welcoming team, not only me but other's who have walked in without appointments has been somewhat humbling to see & firsthand witness the kindness of the staff they speak & deal with. Upon what I can only imagine incredibly busy & stressful time's, they undoubtedly tend the individual upon requirements.Within my conclusion of this review. I highly" recommend A+ Physio Central Dunedin to others who have current or previous injuries

Gave me the correct exercises to get better in the short term but misdiagnosed what was more serious than just a sprain. This was a year ago but I am still recovering and looking at another year of recovery after my surgery and stories from others has prompted me to write this review now.It is more expensive than other physios that can do just as well and I don’t see why, especially if you're ACC subsidised. But the spa-like atmosphere might be a factor so if you’re willing to pay for this then go ahead.Seeing a doctor and getting an MRI should have been suggested much sooner, instead of getting my hopes up about getting better in 6 weeks, and I never did get a brace for me knee even after weeks of waiting and at least three phone calls. But regardless, I think most physios are reluctant to admit an injury is more severe than what they can handle as it was similar in other clinics until a few months had gone by without improvement. Something to keep in mind when you get injured!Thank you for the reply Anna I think its very useful for people to know more about the process and to go to a doctor sooner if they think their injury is more serious than a physio has the capability and power to help with.

Thank you all, for the 'new' experience of attending need of Physio. My experience of same was great. Even prior this visit some few weeks ago, I had spoken to a physio from A+, whom gave me a brevity assessment over the phone, given I'm resident Chch. Awesome friendly environment thruout. Tim and Anna compliment each other so well to solve any issues you may have, be it joint or muscular. I never realized how much my pain was restricting me from carrying out everyday simple activities. It is sooo good to be pain free again. Thanks so much......A+ for an A+ service!!!

The receptionist was super-friendly and professional. The physiotherapist, i think his name was Arie who treated my condition, was kind and took his time to clearly explain the diagnosis, treatment and anatomy. <3 thanks a ton for your good work..
