We emailed this architect as we were looking to build a bespoke customised home on our land in Bethlehem, we were turned away after one email informing us (in Adams words) that;“For speed of execution and cost effectiveness you may be wells served to work with a group housing provider. GJ Gardner and Classic Builders are both good firms locally.” This response without consultation or a walkthrough of the scope?I can only assume that I am the wrong colour and have the wrong name to be taken seriously to be considered for consultation. Thanks Adam I’ll take my million dollar investment property to another architect to design.
