Tim and his team are so awesome. They're so kind and catered to all my whanau and all our requests. Very professional and very informative. Tim never missed a call from us. He always picked up our calls and never missed a beat when it came to our dad. We definately felt the Aroha and manaakitanga. Thank you to the team there at Tim Hutchins Funeral Services. You are all amazing. Thank you for helping us send our dad off in style ❤️

It's those little gestures that stand out for me ..from when you picked up our mum from hospital your Aroha and respect for our mum was visible...Tim picked our mum up then came to see us to sort a few things out....once we were done talking Tim took us to where mum was in his car....this is what got me and I knew we had made the best decision...Tim had arranged for a security guard to stay by his vehicle so as mum was not alone....this brought us comfort as a big part of letting go of mum under the covid restrictions was the stresses of us not being by her side...from the start Tim was nurturing us as a family...moving to the funeral home we weren't allowed to dress mum, Tim was extremely sensitive and assuring that they would take great care with mum in which they did, she looked beautiful...Tim also suprised us upon visiting our mum by having some traditional Cook Islands music playing over the speakers, our mum loved to sing and dance this was another one of those gestures that affirmed to us...mum is in the right hands...Each day with mum was precious...Tim supported not only us but our extended families who weren't able to travel to be with us by setting up a platform for us to live stream to our families....There are not enough words to describe how greatful we are for your love, kindness, empathy, professionalism and care you put into your work. You made what was an extremely difficult time in our lives more bearable removing barriers and stresses to allow us to enjoy the last earthly days with our mum.....Tim we are forever greatful for the service you provided, but you are definately more than a service...you are an amazing, incredible and beautiful human...We pray for you, your family and business that you will continue to grow, flourish and prosper, you are an amazing asset to our community!!!! Absolutely recommend Tim Hutchins Funerals, gold-class service. Very empathetic, informative and very accommodating with all our requests. We had a family and friends who arrived from Auckland to pay their respects and they were able to provide another venue with such short notice that catered for everyone. I would like to express my utmost gratitude to Tim Hutchins for his services. COVID-19 restrictions left our whānau in a difficult position of not knowing how to proceed and what to expect for our nans final send off. It has been a surreal experience to say the least, but seeing the aroha Tim showed to our Nanny and our whānau settled many of the uneasy feelings I had. Then, being able to Zoom in and watch nans journey to her final resting place was a gift that I will appreciate forever.We finally have some closure knowing Nan has been laid to rest, and are forever grateful.
