Lovely place for afternoon Devonshire tea on a Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4PM nice sandwiches and fresh scones with cream and jam. Only 10 dollars per person. Highly recommended

Attended a relations wedding. Great location and surrounds for an outdoor service. The boating club hall is a suitable venue for up to 70 wedding guests seated inside. There is additional capacity in an indoor / outdoor annex, or as used for buffet meal service.

Loved otaihanga boating club, great venue for your next event, have all necessities and a gorgeous view of the river and kapiti island, had a wedding there in winter June '18 and I can imagine in summer would be even more beautiful, but the venue creates such a calm and relaxed atmosphere with beautiful people to deal with, great communication with venue organizers and staff, not overly expensive for what you get as well 10 stars!!

Great devonshire tea on a sunday, great place to rehydrate during a bike ride. Really nice friendly lady doing it. Good value for money. 5plus stars from me

Lovely small venue in a very pretty location. Has a main hall area with kitchen and a covered deck, plus an outside area which is popular for wedding ceremonies next to the river. Very picturesque.
