Surely it's standard to greet a customer or simply say hello. All I got was the price for my goods and whether I wanted a receipt. Manners go a long way Ashley, the male on the till today.

Rip off over 20cL difference to npd closer to 30c go to npd and put bp out of business

Whats the go with your hours? Supposed to be open till 10 but closed by 8.45?

I'm not local but the couple of times I've been here it's evident that the staff could do with some training... At least acknowledge someone standing there for minutes..

I’ve come to this bp a couple of times and the customer service is absolutely disappointing, there is a young lady working there that’s rude and always has an attitude when I order my coffee and today she totally did my order wrong even when I repeated myself twice.

Only got a car wash there & wasn't impressed with it...will stick with NPD car wash in the future as it does a FAR BETTER JOB...

This hidden gem is a breath of fresh air to the electric vehicle pioneers in the Tasman District. This should be a model for all charging stations! Four charging bays, two chargers, three CCS ports and one CHAdeMO port. Free WiFi while you wait, and a short walk to Richmond Mall. Don't wander too far; these charging stations put out 75kW, or 50% more than the Network Tasman charging station we all know, love, and tend to wait for.Be prepared: the 75kW charging cables are noticeably heavier than those at other public stations. You notice this when you pull out the cable and plug in.The bp EV charging app speeds up payment, but you can wave a payment card (BP?) if you left your phone at home.As of this writing, the charging station does NOT appear on the GPS navigation maps on a Hyundai. It opened in April 2023, so BP needs to toot its horn a bit to fill the stalls.

Pre ordered coffee this morning, Sunday at 6.30, 5 minutes before getting to site, normally coffee is made, or at least started, this morning the staff seemed more interested about talking about their weekend, no other customers, and coffee not even been attempted to be made, and then it was just average, I thought the whole idear to pre order was to skip the que, can't even do that when no que to be skipped...

Coffee is good. Petrol pumps abound. Car wash too and free paper to read as you have muffin. Good recycle effort .Can take own cup.
