These people are friendly and helpful and provide a good service. I drive down from new plymouth because of this. Its worth the trip to have people be nice to you while you get your WOF.

5 stars ⭐️ for my wonderful experience at NZTA Hāwera. I went there for my practical driving test. My Testing Officer Anne was professional, kind and provided clear instructions throughout the test. Feedback such as “You are very good driver” from Anne at the end of the test gave me confidence on the road when I drive alone after getting the license. Thank you so much Anne!
