Poor company with a lack of communications. Requested their service in a simple task, however, after numerous occasions of my emails being ignored I resulted in using a different company

Poor communication situation happend to me as well just before Chritmas. The inspection process part went well but I dont understand whey they would not bother to spend another five mins to send a quotation since they already spent 1 hr to inspect..... Weriod but hope it was not something went wrong.
