Worse subway ever. bread was not fresh baked maybe two day ago. They managed to cut the bread 4. Nothing was fresh at all. $14 is very high for ham sub that sucked

It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming & charming. Amazing service with fresh salads . Staff are extremely knowledgeable & make great recommendations.Their catering option is great . Had mine ordered couple of weeks back and my guests loved it .

Such a bloody rip off!! Last week I ordered a wrap , the wrap and the wrapping paper somehow merged and could NOT be pulled apart so I only had the inside of the wrap. Left to to forgive and forget , today I just wanted something nice and this is what I got, pathetic.

Worst subway I've ever been to. I was charged twice for my wrap and the workers angrily told me they can't refund me and I had to give them my personal details and card number to get a refund back in a few days. Hopeless customer service, I'm very upset. They weren't kind or friendly at all they were gruff and cold. Will never be back again.

C’mon Subway! This was my first and last time ordering food from this branch. I felt like I owe something to the girl who was taking my order. She barely listened to what I ordered. I had to tell her that I want my salad to be spread evenly. She didn’t put all the salads I asked for and I had to repeat what I want three times. She was so angry that I felt I owe her something. I am sure you have no idea how to run a business here. Please hire some one with a little bit of customer care skills. Horrible experience. Poor quality. Please do not ruin your day with this guys. It was 13 Feb at 2:40 pm not even late!!!! C’mon Subway.

I was at Albany Mall (Mid December). I saw a worker (I think she is Indian/South Asian) vaping well standing in front of the meat section. Vaping is a personal thing. But Vaping in front of the food is low. there could be Vape Chemicals on the food.

I think the staff training must include an intense module focusing specifically on how to get away with putting the MINIMUM amount of fillings into their wraps and rolls.They can be described as STINGY, at best.The staff are friendly though and I'm glad they provide gluten free wraps. Shame they're also mostly filling free too!!!
