Shocking! Happy to take thousands of $$$ to put in a copper connection and then not do the work. Spark has come to the rescue supplying week by week Connection Promise Data" for over 2 months. Cant even get an update. Exceptionally poor service."

Wish i could rate minus stars. VDSL went out, many calls, 3 no shows and 2 weeks later, finally got it fixed by a technician from a different company that chorus hired. Yet my neighbours that are on a different line but comes from the same box got theirs fixed in 2 days! This company and their scheduling is useless!

Been without our internet for nearly 2 weeks, contact has been made then promised to come to address the issue via message, then not showing up. Then getting told that it'll be sorted again in 2 days. Then to find out there aren't any job cards for our area & that it wasn't on the system. They to be told they'll be out. Still waiting... my rating is a minus 2 stars.

We’ve had no internet for almost 6 days now. They told us twice that they’d come and fix our internet but decided not to show up both of those times without leaving a message as to why. These people and company In general are completely unprofessional and useless. Very disappointed. Wish I could rate lower then 1 star.

They made a complete mess under my house, breaking almost all of the brackets holding up my water pipes, gas lines and power cables.A decent portion of our novaflow pipe had been cut and removed and covered back up.They came back unannounced after clearly stating that I did not want the same tradies returning.They left big rolls of cable in my house as well as other equipment with furniture pushed into centre of the room for the best part of a week.They also sideswiped my fence and continued driving which snapped the post in half at the ground leaving the gate unable to be closed.Very difficult to get work remedied.
