Really poor performance and service. I have had better from free services. Set up of campaigns was incomplete and clunky at best. Management of campaigns was non existent at best. Customer service was polite and forgetful at best.

Simo and the team have been amazing and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Having a fragile object that size is just asking for trouble.

I would never recommend glass elephant to anyone. They overpromised and underdelivered in every possible category.If you are ever considering them i advice you to have a rethink.Feel free to reach out to me as i am open to share our experience with them.we were hopeful when we first reached out to glass elephant. they seemed like the professionals we needed and they told us that they would be able to increase our roas on facebook and all our marketing efforts. we were so excited at the prospect of finally turning a profit againSo we decided to go with them. but after 4-5 months, it became apparent that all they were good at was collecting money from brands like ours.They completely lack the understanding about marketing strategy, if they can even be called a marketing agency.Contact another Agency!!!!!!
