Good spot and great views. I hear floor 3 is the best floor.

Great new student accommodation for Auckland University. Limited parking outside halls though. Easy access to Auckland CBD and University

I do not recommend living in here because:1. At least 1 noisy fight every day2. Very frequent fire alarm activation3. Students litter on the ground4. Students create excessive noise late at night (for example, 2300hrs or 11pm)5. Security guards do their job very poorly6. Limited parking space, Wilson parking charge obscene rates7. Inconvenient to reach city centre

Clean and tidy

Excellent living experience and top-notch food.

It’s nice and affordable but staff were not very helpful. Room and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast is simple, but very good and healthy. Had a terrible experience when a random man entered my room by mistake in the middle of the night when I was sleeping. The rooms have their own key cards, meaning that they probably gave my room key to this person as well. I needed to extend my stay for one more night due to a change in my flight. Reception said they couldn’t help me with that and gave me someone else’s email address to request an extra night. They never responded to my email and I had to pay a fortune to book a hotel room somewhere else last minute.

I had to go to Waiparuru Hall for induction training the place is Hugh and very new.

Please don’t be the kid who forgets their blankets, pillow and duvet

Went to visit a student there, modern facilities and casual vibe, as long as you had someone with a security card.

Safe space for students, kind staff and clear information for visitors and others. Always clean too!
