I arrived without warning and introduced myself to Steve, asking him if he could help me out with my worsening battery situation.He dropped what he was doing, quickly diagnosed the problem and then lent me a battery, while ordering me a new one.Steve is old school, pleasant, friendly, helpful and professional, such a nice change from some of the woke opinionated younger generation tradesmen of today.Thank you Steve.
