Thanks for servicing my car and do the diagnostic scan for my car on the same day, however we had to wait for nearly one hour for the full report of the car service to be printed and issued. And no follow up on the diagnostic scan whatsoever. Attempted to call multiple times and messages sent, no reply. Now I had to take my car to another mechanic to have it repaired since I feel unsafe to drive my car on road and it is my only commuter car.

Its was great experience, the best customer service I have ever got in Newzealand. Excellent service would recommend to anyone wanting to get their car fixed.

Got my WOF check done here and said my steering rack has a play and needs to be replaced for the Warrent which they quoted $1200... As a ex mechanic I check it myself and nothing wrong with the steering rack.. Took it to a another workshop and got my WOF passed with no issue...

I went for WOF, they said need to fix Right/left link bar and it will cost $325 + $75 for wheel alignment, $180 for trye that need to done to pass wof.I went out to other work shop and fix my car link bar for $250 . When i came for recheck WOF he told book appointment , cant take walk in but when I came for WOF first time he took straight IN for WOF . Just making excuse to make money .After booking appointment around 4pm , mechanic was not at shop and keep me waiting 45 mins to just re check and issue WOF .Just waste of time , its good to go toVTNZ and do WOF .

I have been taking my car here for a WOF for two years now and they are very honest and polite. I booked an appointment both times so there was no waiting around before they started. They were prompt and efficient, not to mention the best price in town. I can totally recommend the team at Magg Auto, Thank you again and I will be back in 12 months.

Had a nasty dent and some scratches on the back of my car, they went above and beyond to fix it by also repainting the whole bumper, great job!

Took my car in to fix an idle issue, did a diagnostic etc ..didn't even slove the problem or fix it..Wasted $400 on scanning for nothing.. Originally they charged me $550 but I was frustrated so they gave me a discount.(1 star) Not recommend bringing your car in for a check.
