Luxury is not what I would say about my new bag and that goes on hand with their customer service team. Shouldn’t be surprised by other reviews and their gaslighting. Don’t make the same mistake as I did and support this brand.

The customer service is the worst. They don't care about the client at all. The bag is not worth the money I paid. I will get rid of it as I don't like wearing things that bring me down and are made just to make money and not care about customers at all.
