Great customer service, these guys are really nice and helpful. I tried the product several times before made the decision. Finally i bought one iSofa, my family loves it so much.

Finally received my refund today. Would not recommend Breo or Irelax. Very dishonest sales. Massage chair and FREE iFoot Pro are both faulty within 2 weeks of receiving them brand new. Repaired multiple times and replaced once by Breo, faults are still developing with the new replacement. Sent through written request of refund several times, got mucked around for months also threatened by Breo's Business Advisor. Need to take Breo/Irelax to Tribunal to get my money back. Worst services ever, first time I need to take a business to tribunal all my life. Wasted several months of my life and money dealing with this business. The worst experience after all. !!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOW how nasty Breo staffs write their own reviews, that Oliver HOU is one of the Breo staffs who mucked me around !!!!!!!! Sally WANG????? Peter Milligan ????? Yeah right!

Awesome experience shopping at Breo Manukau! Staff were very helpful, and very knowledgeable about massage, their products and the body. Good salesperson! The chair and accessories purchased are very good. Was a very good demonstration. Waiting on delivery now, can’t wait to get started.

Visited Breo Manukau store today. Awsome customer service from Mr Abbas( store manager ). He offered a trial for almost all the product range available in the store even though he clearly knows i am just after a base product . Just that sort of customer service is enough for me to give five star rating !!
