Dylins Bridal

I have just recently sold my dress through Dylins Bridal and it has been a lot of weight off my shoulders trying to sell it on my own.The staff there were very helpful and lovely to deal with! I would definitely recommend them for anything and I wish I went through them to buy my dress.

The most lovely and helpful lady helped me and was able to show me so many options, I felt like she had a solution to every issue I found with some dresses. I made a booking during Dylins Bridals pop up in CHCH. The ladies made it a relaxing environment to try on dresses and make the most of my booking. Boo was easy to chat to and did a great job of getting me in many dresses to find a style and shape I liked (I was clueless at the beginning). Thanks Ladies!

I found my gorgeous dress at the pop up event in Auckland. Even though we were an end of day appointment Boo was full of energy, friendly and gave the best advice and a wide variety of dresses to try on. When I found the dress" she offered different options for alterating the dress to make it exactly what I wanted. It was a great experience and I cannot recommend Boo and the rest of the team enough. I sadly wouldn’t recommend these guys for their dress cleaning service.I had my dress cleaned and when it was received back I noticed two areas of my dress that had the beading missing off multiple threads. I was advised that I could have $25 in ‘good faith’ to repair, even though the seamstress I rang closest to me said starting costs would be $85 which I was advised that Dylin’s Bridal would not even pay the starting cost and I pay the remainder.I understand that they don’t take any responsibility to damages however I would rather have been contacted to advise that they couldn’t get some tan out of my dress instead of the beading being at risk of breaking. I was also advised that the beading being broken would not impact the resale of my dress which is silly in itself. I would have thought that a bridal company would have taken extreme care and measures however I was wrong. I would hate for other brides to feel the way I do right now.

Yesterday I had my first ever appointment with trying on dresses and although I’m naturally a very anxious gal, Boo was incredibly calm and so patient. The whole team there (at the Wellington pop up shop) were awesome! The other lovely consultants were so friendly, welcoming and seemed genuinely so excited for me and the brides. I’ve been following Dylins bridal for a while( no idea how I found you!!) but I’m so glad that I did!! I felt so well looked after and so special during my consultation and Boo really cared about how I felt with each dress, was so reassuring and listened to my anxious ramblings on how I looked. I have the best bridal party in the world who made me feel so beautiful and it was even more special having Boo as my consultant, I trusted her and knew that when she told me how I beautiful I looked, she genuinely meant it and wasnt just trying to sell me a dress. Anyway, long story short - the team at dylins Bridal are next level and just awesome human beings. After rushing back from my second bridal appointment back to dylins, I said yes to my dream dress (a dress I did not think was going to be my dream dress!!) and could not be happier!!! Thank you so so much team, with huge special thanks to Boo! Can’t wait to send you photos from our big day!!
