Galaxy Nails

Was absolutely gutted after going here for over a year, and always booking my appointments in advance, that I was repeatedly asked to change an appointment I had made in advance so that they could do another clients nails. On the first night of being asked it was agreed I would keep my original nail appointment, only for the next evening to get pressured into changing it, so that their other client could go to the airport afterwards. Really bad customer service for someone who has referred many people there, and I was an incredibly loyal client. Clearly the other clients disorganisation was more important than me, and the fact it would have totally messed my day up was not considered. I have changed my appointment when they have asked before, but this time I couldn’t, and the pressure was not acceptable. I asked them to cancel my appointment and I was then told that they wouldn’t, and she told me to come at my booked appointment time, but I was upset and unhappy, and so the next morning I requested again that it was cancelled and this time it was. I got my nails done elsewhere, I won’t be back sadly. Do better for your loyal clients! The owner response is lies. I have the screenshots of the conversations that prove my version is true, so to still not apologise is beyond ridiculous

When I called in, they told me that dip powder with French tips would cost me $65, but they charged me $75. They did not file down the dip powder so it was nice and smooth, but rather left the edges lumpy, leaving my fingers looking stumpy. They did not try to find out exactly how I wanted it, but just went ahead, then asked part way through if I liked the shape, not even enquiring how I wanted everything done..I am very disappointed in them, and will not be using them again.I am not please with them at all.

When getting my nails (gel extensions ) done the lady was being really rough and rushing the job. Usually nails take 1 hour -1 1/2 hours but this took 45 minutes. These nails haven't even lasted me 3 weeks and they are already snapping off. Personally wouldn't go back here or recommend this place.
