The staff I found are helpful, the security I find are intimidating. I don't have a criminal record, never abused the staff or security yet as I left the building the security guard swore in Tongan at me. Unsure why I don't know him or spoke to him. I have included a photo of him looking directly at me as I wait for a case manager. Unacceptable for someone to do this when I'm just at winz to change my address with them

It's a difficult job the staff do . All credit to work and income Willis st .If I ask a question a fast accurate response . It's not easy for clients or staff . As long as we are treated as a human and not a number then all good . Thankyou.

I had my benefit cut to zero, when homeless and having a depressive episode.I slept on pavements for 12 months, and stole food to survive -Thank you Winz for refusing to give me an appointment .I had no money coming in for a year. My weight dropped to 41 kilograms as I didn’t have enough to eat - I was then admitted to hospital.Close to death -Big shout out to the reception girl who wouldn’t let me have an apoinment or speak to manager.Your a true winner :)

I registered with WINZ in Mar/April 19 and I found the staff to be very helpful and supportive while I transitioned from a full time worker to being unemployed with breast cancer. Unfortunately my two operations didn't go so well and further treatment was required. The WINZ staff have been genuine and kind every time I’ve walked in without a appointment. They helped place me get on the 'right benefit' and even helped pay for a medical script today. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the staff there.
